Who We Are

The Case Management Society of America (CMSA) is the leading authority for the professional practice of case management. We are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals, families, caregivers, and support systems within their communities by:

  • Establishing standards and best practices across the healthcare continuum
  • Advocating for policies that advance equitable, high-quality care
  • Providing evidence-based education, tools, and resources that empower case management professionals

CMSA of Eastern Oklahoma proudly advances the national mission at the local level by supporting case managers through meaningful education, professional development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Through community engagement and partnerships with local organizations, we are committed to strengthening care coordination and making a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

CMSA Philosophy

The foundation of case management is rooted in the belief that when individuals are supported in achieving their highest possible level of health, wellness, and functional independence, the benefits extend far beyond the individual. Families, caregivers, communities, healthcare systems, and payers all experience improved outcomes.

Through coordinated, person-centered, and evidence-based care, case management strengthens health outcomes, enhances quality of life, and promotes the responsible stewardship of healthcare resources.

What We Do

Monthly Educational Meetings:  We support excellence in case management through monthly educational meetings designed to strengthen professional standards, clinical competence, ethical practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. These sessions provide timely, relevant education for case managers and healthcare professionals across the care continuum.

Annual Educational Conference:  Each year, we host an Annual Educational Conference that brings together healthcare professionals from across Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. This signature event promotes professional growth through high-quality education, networking, and shared learning while supporting the evolving roles of case managers and their interdisciplinary partners.

Community Outreach & Philanthropy:  We are committed to giving back through outreach initiatives and philanthropic efforts that support individuals, families, and local organizations. By partnering with community-based agencies and supporting mission-driven programs, we work to address social drivers of health, strengthen community resources, and create meaningful impact beyond the clinical setting.

Who We Serve

Case Management & Healthcare Professionals
We serve both CMSA members and non-members by providing accessible, high-quality education, resources, and professional support—often at little to no cost. Our programs are designed to support case managers and allied healthcare professionals across the care continuum while fostering collaboration, leadership, and excellence in practice.

Our Community

We are deeply committed to serving our local community. Each year, CMSA of Eastern Oklahoma partners with and supports a local nonprofit organization through our annual Christmas Charity Luncheon and Fashion Show.

This initiative reflects our dedication to addressing community needs, supporting vulnerable populations, and strengthening local organizations through collective giving and community engagement.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our donors, sponsors, and partners whose generosity helps make this impact possible.
