Pamela Lyon, BSBA

2026 Midsummer's Night Event Chair


After an extensive career as an Interior Designer in Arizona and Las Vegas, Pamela returned to her roots of Oklahoma and began a career in healthcare. Pamela has extensive knowledge working with Case Managers and became a certified CEU speaker. She has served on the board of CMSA for the past 3 years, volunteered with Dementia Friendly Tulsa as a speaker educating organizations about dementia and helping them receive the Mayoral certificate of acknowledgment. Pamela became a Home Care Administrator in 2023 expanding her ability to serve and advocate for families. Her extensive background in marketing and business development has allowed her to contribute to the community with additional networking groups and non-profits benefiting other healthcare colleagues. She has worked statewide, traveled to many fellow Oklahomans and finds her passion hearing their life stories and especially those veterans she is privileged to serve.

Sara Forrest, Healthcare Executive

Sara has served as the Director of Provider Relations for Cohesive Healthcare Management and Consulting for more than nine years. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Sara has worked across multiple care settings, including rehabilitation facilities, LTACHs, and her current leadership role with Cohesive. Her work is centered on helping patients access high-quality care close to home, ensuring smoother transitions and better outcomes throughout the continuum of care.


Sara has been actively involved with CMSA (Case Management Society of America) for over 20 years in various capacities, including as a vendor, member, board officer, board member, and committee participant. Through her longstanding involvement, she has built meaningful professional relationships and lasting friendships, reflecting her deep commitment to collaboration, advocacy, and excellence in healthcare.

Vickie Macias, Healthcare Executive

Vickie has more than 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry across the broad spectrum of insurance knowledge, home infusion, durable medical equipment, senior communities, home health & hospice.  She is a patient advocate with a desire to help Senior's and their families navigate in today's world.  Vickie has been very involved in both state chapters of CMSA since 2006.  She has served on many committees, including the annual golf tournament along with Past-President of the OKC Chapter.  Vickie is very involved in many networking groups across the state, including serving on boards.  She truly enjoys helping seniors and their families in today's healthcare world. 

Charlie Redding, M.ED, NCCDP Gerontology

2026 Marketing/Media Committee Co-Chair


Charlie has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry including Independent Living, Assisted Living, long-term care, acute hospital settings and home health care. Charlie has been involved with both state chapters of CMSA for over 15 years.  He offers a level of knowledge and commitment needed to best serve patients and families with today’s health system. Charlie’s passion for supporting all clients is unwavering, but his love and respect for seniors is where his true happiness lies.  Charlie Attended The University of Central Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public and Community Health and a master’s degree in Gerontology.  He is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).

Jennifer Oard, BSN, RN

2026 Annual Conference Event Chair


Jennifer is the founder and owner of Oklahoma Medical Transport and Administrator of TruHeart Hospice. After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education with an emphasis in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, and spending almost a decade teaching Junior High and High School Sciences, she returned to school completing the BSN program at Langston University. Jennifer has over 15 years’ experience in healthcare with expertise in Woundcare, Hyperbarics, Post Acute Care and Hospice. Educating the community and advocating for elders is her passion with Hospice Care as her ministry. She has a heart for the mission of CMSA and has served on the board chairing both the Annual Golf Tournament and yearly Conference.

Roxie Bailey, RN, CCM

Roxie Bailey is a Hospitalist Care Facilitator for Saint Francis Hospital System with more than 22 years of experience in health care which includes acute care and occupational health.


Roxie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Following 12 years in a corporate role, Roxie transitioned to healthcare and found her genuine calling in supporting individuals to achieve their best health.


Roxie has participated in various charitable committees and outside of work, enjoys spending time gardening, crafting and experiencing new places and cultures.

Weston Graff, MS, NHA, HCA

2026 Fundraising Committee Chair

 

Weston Graff has dedicated over 21 years to the field of hospice care, where he feels deeply called to serve. With a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University and licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator, Weston brings both compassionate leadership and operational expertise to his work. Though he never imagined hospice would be his career path, he now believes it is a calling placed on his life by God.


Weston has served on the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) of Eastern Oklahoma Board for the past five years, contributing his experience and insight to advance the mission of care management. He is also an active volunteer in his church and values giving back to his community. Outside of his professional commitments, Weston is a devoted father to four children, finding joy and purpose in both his family and faith.

Cathy Young, RN, BC, RAC-CTA, LNHA

2026 Scholarship/Non-Profit/Philanthropy Committee Chair


Cathy is the Chief Nursing Officer at Phoenix Healthcare LLC with responsibility for coordination of clinical operations, clinical leadership development, training, coordination of regulatory compliance, and policy and procedure development.


Young brings more than 43+ years of long-term/skilled experience to the industry. She joined Phoenix Healthcare in 2009.


Young holds certification in Gerontological Nursing from the American Nurse’s Credentialing Center, is a licensed nursing home administrator, and a certified Resident Assessment Coordinator with advanced specialty in Medicare. She is also a QAPI Certified Professional, Infection Prevention Control Officer-2, Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified Director of Nursing, and holds a WCC-Wound Care Certification.


Young has provided service and advice to the industry through a variety of voluntary positions, including participation in various community collaborative meetings that focus on best practice and outcomes as well as the Green Country Health Care Association where she serves as the Vice-President. She provides regular educational support through the Care Providers of Oklahoma to serve her industry. In addition, she was recognized with a Governor’s Commendation for her participation in the Tulsa County Recycled Medication Program and for Excellence in Long Term Care through the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration. She is a past president and current board member of CMSA-Eastern OK. She also volunteers with the Northeastern Oklahoma Nurse Honor Guard.

Kari Harman, RN-C, CCMCWCA, WCN-C, CSWD-C, FCC, ACCWS, DAPWCA

Kari is a nationally recognized wound care and case management leader with more than 20 years of clinical and business experience across home health, long-term care, hospice, LTACH, and workers’ compensation. She is the Owner and VP of Business and Clinical Development at HealWell, LLC, where she provides advanced mobile wound care services, leads market expansion, and oversees staff training, clinical quality, and operational coordination.


In addition to her clinical leadership, Kari is an active contributor to the wound care community, serving as a Wound Healing Society Communications Committee Member, an ABWM Ambassador, and a frequent presenter and panelist for professional organizations including CMSA and IPAWS. She is known for blending evidence-based wound management with real-world operational strategy, helping organizations strengthen outcomes, compliance, and clinician confidence in complex wound cases.
